AI Agent Usage and Training
You may upload data (such as scripts, FAQs, and preferences) to train your AI agents. You retain ownership of this content, but grant Customer2AI a license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
You agree not to train agents with content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or violates any third-party rights.
Call Recordings and Data
By using Customer2AI, you consent to the recording and transcription of customer interactions by our system. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding call recording, including notification and consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Customer2AI offers multiple plans with different features. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime via your account settings, and your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and services provided by Customer2AI—including software, trademarks, and branding—remain the property of Customer2AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
Service Availability
We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur. We are not liable for losses due to downtime or system limitations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customer2AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in conduct that could harm the platform or its users.
Changes to Terms
